Never Let Go

We are all busy getting ready for Autumn, soaking up the last of the summer sun and gathering food while it is still aplenty..

I love my early morning walks... the peace of the countryside and if you take the time to stand and stare... these creatures become apparent in the undergrowth, busily going about their business, each of them beautiful in form and manner....

The storm last night was magnificent with thunder and lightening and sheet rain... this morning everything was soaked and glistening in the sunshine

             

  I took Maisy to the train station today  on the first part of her journey to Malaysia.. she is gone for two weeks and I must get used to being without her wonderful company..
